Eric was absolutely amazing! He changed the whole mood of the day to end positively not just for myself. Very kind and helpful. If in the area I will choose this Hotel again simply to see Eric again. The lady serving breakfast (didn't get her name) was very helpful as well and so sweet. What a pleasant change this was to have such nice people when arriving after midnight.

The Cafe lady was very nice. I asked her for a straw and she stopped what she was going to assist me. Very friendly! Most may say that's her job but in today's world, people in customer service and hospitality are just rude for no reason. So I appreciate the little things

The hotel was great, liked the wine selection in the pantry. The hotel is in a good location to find a dinner spot, the room was clean and comfortable.

Very accommodating even gave me discount, especially since I was booked at the Fairfield and they canceled my reservation at last minute only to get more money. Excellent breakfast! Hilton all the way!

Alex at the front desk made the process easy and was extremely helpful. The rest of the staff was friendly and attentive to all our needs. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Everything. It was a great location. My husband loves Indian food and I love Taco Casa. Both of these were minutes from the hotel along with Walmart.
